CHANGE IS UNCHANGED

The earth has completed its 21 rounds around the sun, since I have been on this most beautiful planet called “Earth”. And in this period I have experienced one thing that is never changed, and that is none other than “CHANGE”.

Since the birth of earth, India has always been witness of biggest “CHANGE” of the world, from Russian revolution to American revolution, from Mugal empire to British empire, from Afghanistan war to Iraq war and so on. It has been eye witness of India revolution in itself, it has seen dying several people on its land, demolishing their houses, starving people and screaming children asking for shelter & food. “CHANGES” continued and never stopped, and that day also came up when it saw the first dawn of independent India and then after republic of India.

In accordance with law of nature, our longest constitution also was not untouched from “CHANGE”. From the Independence, several amendments have been made necessarily so far, and still it needs to be changed more, because everything (condition, environment, situation, needs, demands, resources etc.) keeps on changing.

Constitution needs “CHANGE” but not as per desired by any political party, by any industrial group, by any religious group. It must be changed according to a COMMON MAN of India.

According to the record of Human Ministry “The average age of India is 21 years”, which depicts India is youngest country (Youngistan) in the world. And no doubt youngster has more potential, competence, enthusiasm and yearns to bring up CHANGE. We must pledge to bring “CHANGE” according to a common man whether we are an engineer, a doctor, a lawyer. We must ponder toward the “CHANGES” of society. Most of us forget that we all are the part of this society which feeds us, giving living worthy environment, security, safety etc. So we must be indebted to repay something to it.

Doctor thinks his work to prescribe medicine only, Engineer thinks his work to make road and bridge only and then after if whole world is going to be ruined; it does not matter to them. I want to ask you that ambit of doctor is clinic only? And for engineer, office only? Why we forget always real life is still ahead of it. Our real life starts across the boundary of our working area. Means I like to say directly “Do something for this society”.

As an engineer I have set my own goals, but never forgot my duty, my responsibility to this society, and that’s why I am writing this article to young altruist of India and specially young professional like me. I have contemplated to bring many “CHANGES” among them four top changes in hierarchy is following:-

1) Eligibility Issues of Minister

Today the eligibility criteria for a minister is not enough sufficient, which are

i. Must be natural born citizen of India with no criminal case pending against him.

ii. Must be above age of twenty five.

iii. Must not be psychiatric disorder and bankrupt.

iv. Must not be deprived of right of vote by election commission.

Do you really feel that these are sufficient necessities to a person who is going to hold biggest responsibility, governing the entire country!! Is qualification level not important to them?

REQIUERED CHANGES:-It must be at pattern of American state election in which both parties representative puts forward their views on national, international issues, their future strategy plan, economical policy, religious thought, external affair policy etc. And having heard them public measures their maturity level and decides to vote whom?

2) Liberty Of Bureaucrats From Minister

Today the rein of horse in the form of bureaucrats is possessed by charioteer in the form of Minister. It has been noticed that whenever any police officer is doing well in his region, he gets transferred in some weeks, why? When he investigates against any minister, leader or their acquaintance; sooner a transfer letter is put in their hands, why? Bureaucracy can’t sustain properly in governing body until they are freed from Legislation. Investigation gets effected and innocent doesn’t get justice.

REQUIRED CHANGES:- A committee of ministers of different parties and IPS Officers must be erected to take decision over transfer of any police officer, only when he refuses his transfer order and want to investigate current particular case.

3) Reprise Of clerks & Taxes

In India there are more than 650 taxes, and to collect these taxes there are more than 35 lakhs clerks. The more there are taxes, the more number of clerks there are. In India it is believed that most of the bribes are given to these clerks, means most of national assets are wasted to give bribe to clerks. If we curtail these taxes and make one tax consisting of several taxes, will help us to reduce number of clerks. Some approaches have been made by current government by bringing Goods & Service Tax (GST). The lesser taxes, the lesser number of clerks and the lesser national wastage.

REQUIRED CHANGES:- Either number of clerks must be reduced or two three corrupted clerks must be panelized in front of public, so that most of them may not collect courage to do that again in future.

4) Anti Dumping Act

Now lets talk about economy of India. Before independence it was 4th and now after 63 years of independence it is 11th biggest economy of the world. Reason is temptation of foreign countries, they find India as a land of cheap labour and big market of sailing coarse & rough products. The product which has little breakage, damage, obsolete, outdated, out of fashion and doest have good sail in other country, dispatch them to India: because Indian People are standing to take them in hand. Reason is that there are mostly middle class family, and demand of low cast product. But it is injurious to the economy of our country. It encourages importation instead exportation.

REQUIRED CHANGES:-

A bill must be tabled in the house to pass an Anti Dumping Act which restricts foreigners to dump disgusting material in India. In this pretext we may be able to generate more employment in our country as well as more wealth by exporting them.

At Last I would like to say having forgotten race, province, region, gender, language, profession; we must take oath to bring a positive and beneficial “CHANGE” in the society.

Never think what can I (single body) do alone for the society? What can I make “CHANGE” alone? If everybody starts thinking so, then no any miracle is going to occur. At this moment I want to cite one quote

“Start doing what is necessary, than what is possible;

After sometimes you will find doing impossible”

I believe you, yes you and only you a young and true Indian can do this impossible task as I have done today by initiating a blow of “CHANGE”………
